強烈なエレクトロ・アシッド・ディスコにファンキーなコーラスのレイヤーが最高なA-1「Don’t care」に始まり、エレガントで美しいストリングスが印象的なモダンディープ・ハウスB-1「Come on In」、じわじわとダブ&ミニマルな陶酔のグルーヴへと引き摺り込まれるB-3「Hiden」等、自身のMIXやDJプレイとも共通するスムースでメロウなバイブスも持ちつつ、独自のユーモアでサンプリング&コラージュされたオルタナティヴなディスコ・ハウス6トラックを収録。
夜の街にうごめく最高にクールな泣きの傑作ハウス・ミュージックの誕生です。
マスタリングはおなじみ得能直也、鯉をモチーフにしたアートワークとTシャツデザインは盟友大原大次郎が担当しています。

Latin Quarter(Pan Pacific Playa)
これまでに空手サイコ名義でアルバム2枚、シングルCD1枚 リリース。04年にLatin Quarter名義でファースト・アルバム「LIGHT HOUSE」、08年にブレイクビーツ集「LOST」をリリース。その他にもサイプレス上野とロベルト吉野、ZEN-LA-ROCKにトラック提供、Tokyo No.1 Soul Setツアー特典MIXCDの作成、コンピレーション、REMIX、MIX CD等多数参加。04年にヨコハマの仲間と共にレーベル「Pan Pacific Playa/PPP」を設立。 TECHNO～HOUSEを中心にSOUL、DISCO～R&B、バレアリック!?etc...パーティーによって選曲を変えつつDJも活動中。

Based in the Yokohama Bay Area, Latin Quarter, who works as a DJ and track maker, released a new work digital and cassette tape for the first time in 13 years!
Starting with A-1 "Don't care" with a funky chorus layer on a powerful electro-acid disco, B-1 "Come on In" with modern deep house with elegant and beautiful strings, B-3 "Hiden" with slowly dragged into the dub and minimal sick groove.
It's the birth of the coolest masterpiece house music that wriggles the streets at night.
Naoya Tokuno is familiar with mastering, and Dajiro Ohara is in charge of carp motif artwork and T-shirt design.

Latin Quarter ( Pan Pacific Playa )
He have released two albums and single under the name of Karate Psycho. He released first album “LIGHT HOUSE” in 2004 and breakbeats collection “LOST” in 2008. He also made tracks on Cypress Ueno and Roberto Yoshino, ZEN-LA-ROCK. He founded the label ""Pan Pacific Playa/PPP"" with his Yokohama colleagues."
He select a wide range of songs from SOUL, DISCO, R&B, and balleric!?, focusing on TECHNO and HOUSE.
